Aceites de Semillas, S.A. is a company with 75 years of experience in oil pressing for the extraction of vegetable oils and oilseed cakes for animal feed. The vegetable oils, after a refining process, are intended for human consumption, while the oilseed cakes are for animal feed.
Since 2004, we have been certified for the processing of organic oilseeds and the production and distribution of organic vegetable oils as well as for the production and distribution of raw materials for organic animal feed.
Since 2018, the company has also been active in organic agriculture, promoting the production of organic cereals, oilseeds and feed in Spain.
Our pressing process is carried out with mechanical presses with continuous pressure and a drainage box to facilitate the extraction of the oil. The process is purely mechanical and does not use chemical solvents to obtain a hexane-free oil.

STRATEGIC POSITION
Our offices and main production facility are located in Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona) in Catalonia, Spain. This excellent location near the ports of Barcelona, Tarragona and the French border gives us a logistical advantage in the supply of raw materials and the distribution of our final products for the domestic and export markets.
We have 70,000 m2 of warehouses and facilities in Caldes de Montbui (Barcelona), the Port of Tarragona, Serra de Daró (Girona) and Toro (Zamora) to work with solid and liquid foods. At the same time, we have our own fleet of dump trucks and ISO tanks to work in intermodal transport and in “door-to-door” conditions.
