Our products
PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY PRESSING THAT DO NOT CONTAIN CHEMICALS.
For processing and grinding we use mechanical presses with continuous pressure and a drainage box. No chemical solvents are used during the production process to extract the oil. Our products are hexane free.
The oilseeds are previously subjected to a conditioning process that includes breaking, rolling and heating the oilseeds by indirect steam to facilitate the breaking of the cells containing the oils and pressing. In some cases, we perform a cold pre-pressing process to facilitate two-stage pressing.
With our system, the moisture of the seeds at the entrance of the presses is reduced and the raw materials are simultaneously sterilized at temperatures of 115ºC. In this way, the final product is extremely digestible because it was exposed to high temperatures during the process. The cakes resulting from the pressing process, unlike the extracted flours, contain between 8-10% oil in the cake and excellent digestibility, ideal for the first years of life. Thanks to this technology, our final products can be optimally incorporated as raw material for ruminants, monogastrics, pet food and extrusion feed in the main general recipes.
